Creating and managing Countries and Networks

You are able to manage what countries and networks you are able to send to by navigating to SMS > MT Routing > Countries & Networks on the menu.

This will take you to the countries and networks page.

From here you can add in a new country by clicking on the New Country button in the upper right hand corner of the page.

You will need to enter the following information.

  • Name. This is the name of the country.
  • Display Name. This is the name that will be displayed for the country on the Panacea Platform.
  • Prefix. This is the default prefix for this country.
  • Currency. This is the currency used in the country.
  • Iso Code.
  • Iso Code 2.
  • Iso Tld.
  • Iso Number.
  • Number Portability list. 

Once you are happy with your settings for the new country you can save it by clicking on the Submit button.

You are now able to add networks to this country by selecting the Add Network option from the drop-down menu next to the account name.

This will then take you to the Add Network page.

You will need to enter the following information.

  • Name. This is the name of the network.
  • Mobile Country Code (MCC).
  • Mobile Network Code (MNC).
  • Is Visible.This sets the visibility of the network being added.  
  • Minimum Charge. 
  • Minimum Charge Currency.
  • Valid Number Regex.
  • Invalid Number Regex.
  • Auto Add New Coverage. 

Once you have setup the network you can save it by clicking on the Submit button.

You are now able to add in the prefixes for any network you have created by selecting the Prefixes option from the drop-down menu next to the network.

This will then list all of the prefixes for this network.

You can add a new prefix by clicking on the New Prefix button in the upper right hand corner of the page. You an also Delete any prefix that has already been added to the network.

Please remember to always flush the required services after making changes on the Panacea Platform
